Change in Support
Due to some issues with Tawk.to for our ticket system we are getting rid of it and going to fully focus on our own support portal.
This will take afew days to code so please be patient. Once done our team will immediately know through discord that there is a new ticket to be seen.
Ven is also looking into a new live chat system. For fastest support we strongly recommend joining our discord for support and other news and chat.
What happened?
Debbie and I (ven) don't normally check the tawk system until today, i saw there was a ticket from New Years day which i feel bad about not responding to it sooner. I already said sorry to the person who made the ticket but it opened my eyes that we need a better system that supports us staff as well as all of you so….
Starting immediately im going to spend all weekend on doing this new support portal with discord notification of new tickets.
THEN ill focus on the new wiki and get that going, wiki will be used as a knowledge base.
