GridPay 4 and GridHaul

I've found some bugs in the GridHaul code that was affecting transaction logs for GridPay. These have been fixed and improved.
NOW you will see in your GridPay logs which transactions were for what item and which region.

We also added back our FAQ page on GridPay website and added the side menu to our ToU page.

More improvements coming, please keep the bug reports coming.
