Upcoming 3.1

• Probably in January or February I'll work on 3.1
  Here is the plan for features.
  
  - AT fuel system, Will be able to pick up AT fuel from storage and ship it to vehicle pumps.
  - Leaderboard for hubs to show who is the top haulers
  - Moving pickup item list to be included in the hub package, all who bought it will get a refund soon
  - Friend XP bonus, probably like 10 XP when delivering with someone nearby probably a 10 meter check
