GP News Update

Hey just did some work on the code for the gp news blog system
It is now multi site meaning each site will have its own news from the blog site as well as any news for all sites.
Because of this the Canadian Grid is looking like it has less news, in the coming days ill rewrite all my blogs on that site over to this one.
Did this to better serve you all in a easier way since we got to many sites and services to handle xD
