New Support

You may of noticed our Support Portal now goes to a Tawk.to website.
We have switched our support to that service for many reasons, one of them is that the service is free lowering our overhead costs.
It also has a cool AI chatbot.
There currently is a bug with setting up the knowledge base but we hope to see that fixed in afew days.
Tawk has a cool desktop and phone apps that let us be available for live chat without needing to keep a browser window open.
All our support tickets will also be through this system.
In the future we do plan to subscribe to more of Tawk's paid services.

This portal is for ALL of GridPlay Productions. We rolled this out now to better help you all.
